    I need 3/2/2 or 4/2/2 in nice older neighborhoods with an ARV of $100K to $175K to be rehabed in Fort Worth, Benbrook, Grand Prairie, Arlington, Watauga, Keller, North Richland Hills.  We don't care about extent of rehab and we'll look at burnouts.  If you bring me deals (65% x ARV - repairs) with solid comps and solid repair estimates we can close immediately when title works is done.
