    Hello everyone, was looking to find out more about real estate and meet others who are interested in the same thing I am and well here I am! Cool to find this site, it seems very interesting. 

    I am actually looking to network and meet new people who have been in the buying and renting homes business for awhile to get advice a (mentor) if you will.

    I know that from experience having a mentor is great to avoid problems.

    Hi  I am new to Texas as well to real estate investing.  I am excited to find and join others in the same area.  I grew up in Wichita Falls and am back to stay.  I was only 18 when I left.  So I am getting to know Texas all over.  Any advice is great advice and very much appreciated.

    Hi Cindy,

    Tim Cook here.  I am full time in the business and my office is in Weatherford, work Parker and Tarrant counties, and do a little bit of everything with SFHs in my business.  I also have an investor group in Weatherford, Mentor new investors, offer discount and FREE electricity and show others how to profit from doing the same. If I can help in any way feel free to contact me.
